Which airport should I fly into?
There are two main airports serving the Dallas area. The closest airport to the conference hotel is Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL). However, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is larger and may offer more flight options.
When should I arrive and leave?
We kindly recommend arriving at the hotel by 4:00 PM on Friday. The program is expected to conclude around 1:00 PM on Sunday, followed by our Sunday Social gathering. We encourage you, if possible, to book a later Sunday flight or depart on Monday so you can join us for this time of fellowship.
Do I need to book a hotel room?
Hotel accommodations are included in the registration cost.

If I would like to arrive early or stay later, do I need to book a room separately?
Yes – you can extend your stay before the conference or after the conference and get a discounted rate through our room block. Note that nights before and after the conference will need to be booked separately.
