Many of our beloved Bishops will be spending an extra night to spend more time with us all. After we wrap up the main program, we're planning a special outing with the Bishops. If you're booking flights, you might want to catch the last flight out on Sunday, or maybe even Monday if are interested!

Also, we have a deal with the hotel— $106 per night, all taxes included, if you’re thinking of staying an extra night, or coming a day early. Read on to learn how to book the extra nights!

Registration information

  • To book extra nights at the hotel, get in touch with them directly by emailing Viral.Desai@hilton.com, and in the subject line put "Coptic - Sept 20-22, 2024". They'll give you the same rate as our room block, but you'll handle the reservation for the extra nights directly with the hotel—we can't assist with booking or managing that.

    Only one person per room needs to contact the hotel, so if you're planning on staying with friends for the extra nights, only one of you need to contact the hotel.

  • We are still putting the finishing touches on the social, and we can't wait to share the details soon! However you can plan on a casual evening with plenty of time for mingling, as well as dinner. We'll also provide transportation to the venue, and back to the hotel once the event ends.

    P.S. Spots are limited, and are not guaranteed for all conference attendees.

  • If you still want to fly out Sunday night, you should consider a late night flight. You can expect to be back at the hotel by 8PM.
