Extra Nights Update

If you previously contacted the hotel to arrange an early arrival or extended stay, we have an important update. Due to recent staffing changes and an unexpected mix-up on the hotel's end, we kindly ask that you resubmit your requests using the information provided below.

We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The hotel has faced challenges in accommodating our needs, partly due to the staffing changes and the high demand from a Dallas Cowboys game that weekend. Your understanding and patience mean a lot to us.

Important Information

1. If you previously emailed the hotel a request to extend your stay before or after the conference, this applies to you. If you aren't staying extra nights, you don't need to do anything.

2. There are two forms - one for nights before the conference (Sep. 17-20), and one for nights after (Sep. 22-26). If you're coming early and staying late, submit both forms. Please only submit within those date ranges, and if you change the date, make sure to hit “update”.

3. The form will reserve your room and require a credit card. You'll pay the hotel directly when you check-in, and get our special rate. Some taxes will be removed at check-in.

4. Each room can have multiple people, but only one person needs to submit the form and provide a credit card.

5. If it says “Your selected rates are unavailable”, that means our We Are One Coptic rate is sold out. You can either book at the normal rates shown, or you can find accommodations elsewhere. If you are still looking for accommodations for the night of Sunday, Sep. 22nd, please fill out this form. This will help us gauge the need.
