When you arrive, please check in at the We Are One desk by the lobby restaurant before checking in at the hotel.

What Airport should I fly into?
There are two airports in Dallas. The closest airport to the conference hotel is Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

What times should I book my flight?
On Friday, check-in is from 2pm to 5pm, with the event starting at 5pm, so plan to be there by then.
On Sunday, the program will end around 1pm. After we wrap up the main program, we're planning a special outing with many of the Bishops. We’ll send out more details and registration info for this event a bit later, but plan for the fun to wrap up by 8pm Sunday Night. If you're booking flights, you might want to catch the last flight out on Sunday, or maybe even Monday if are interested!

Do I need to book a hotel?

If I want to come early or stay longer, do I need to book a room seperately?
Yes, you'll need to book any extra nights separately. But good news—you can still snag the discounted rate through our room block for both early arrivals and extended stays. Information on how to book will be coming soon.
