What Airport should I fly into?
There are two airports in Dallas. The closest airport to the conference hotel is Dallas Love Field (DAL), but there are more flight options at the larger airport Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW).

What times should I book my flight?
Registration starts at 2PM, but we recommend arriving to the hotel by 4PM!
On Sunday, the program will end around 1pm. After the convention wraps up Sunday, we’ll have our Sunday Social. You won’t want to miss it– if you're booking flights, you might want to catch the last flight out on Sunday, or maybe even Monday if are interested!

Do I need to book a hotel?
We’ve got you covered! Registration prices, already include the accommodations at our conference hotel. More info on the hotel will be released before registration opens.

If I want to come early or stay later, do I need to book a room separately?
Yes, you'll need to book any extra nights separately. But good news—you can snag a discounted rate through our room block for both early arrivals and extended stays. Information on how to extend your stay is coming soon!
